Mobile Inclusive Learning Kit (MILK)

“MILK” (MOBILE INCLUSIVE LEARNING KIT) modules are classroom ready educational components which teach students and developers how to create accessible mobile applications, along with demonstrating the importance of creating these apps.

Each modules contains:

• Appropriate background about a specific accessibility issue
• Steps to emulate that issue using a provided app
• Information about how to make the app accessible to the target group
• Steps to demonstrate that the accessibility issue has been repaired

These activities can be used at a wide range of venues including:

• Coding Camps
• Classrooms
• STEM Outreach Activities
• Workshops
